These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mirio.io (the “Site”) and the services provided by Mirio Financial LLC (“Mirio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), NMLS #2710511. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About Mirio and Nature of Services
Mirio Financial LLC is a licensed mortgage brokerage. We help clients obtain mortgage financing by connecting borrowers with lenders. Mirio does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not a commitment to lend or an offer of credit.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use the Site and our services.
3. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
• Misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the Site or its security;
• Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or related systems; or
• Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

By opting in, you consent to receive transactional and service-related text messages from Mirio related to the services you have requested. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. No mobile information or SMS opt-in data is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. No Guarantee of Loan Approval
Submitting an inquiry or application does not guarantee loan approval or any particular rate or term. All loans are subject to credit approval, underwriting, property eligibility, and program guidelines. Rates and loan programs are subject to change without notice. Not all applicants will qualify.
6. Licensing and Equal Housing
Mirio Financial LLC, NMLS #2710511, is licensed in Florida and Texas. You may verify our licensing at the NMLS Consumer Access website (www.nmlsconsumeraccess.org). Mirio is an Equal Housing Opportunity provider.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including logos, text, graphics, and design — is owned by or licensed to Mirio and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission.

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
